By submitting files, you represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or ownership required for reproduction, printing, fabrication, or installation.
Sarasota Sign Shop is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property violations arising from customer-provided materials.
Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, layouts, mockups, dimensions, spelling, colors, and design details prior to production.
Approval of a proof constitutes authorization to proceed with production as presented.
Sarasota Sign Shop is not responsible for errors that were present in approved artwork or proofs.
Production & Installation
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, weather conditions, permitting requirements, installation scheduling, and other circumstances beyond our control.
While Sarasota Sign Shop makes every effort to meet projected timelines, specific completion dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Customer Property
Customers are responsible for disclosing any concerns regarding vehicles, surfaces, structures, finishes, paint conditions, or existing materials prior to installation.
While reasonable care is taken during production and installation, Sarasota Sign Shop shall not be liable for issues arising from pre-existing conditions, material defects, structural issues, aged surfaces, previously damaged finishes, or conditions outside of our control.
Payments
Payment terms, deposits, and final balances will be outlined in individual project proposals, invoices, or agreements.
Failure to make payments according to agreed terms may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional collection efforts.
